1. Complete the PAR-Q. This form is designed to get an overall assessment of your health.
2. Complete initial assessment. One of the things I most like from small group training is the personalization and identity each group has. The information from this form plus further will help me to be able to match yours with a group that is following a fitness plan that matches your needs.
